Agreement to Terms

When you use HighReach Salina Tree Service, you agree to these terms. We provide tree care services throughout Salina, KS and surrounding areas. By requesting a quote or booking our services, you accept these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services We Provide

We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and storm cleanup. All work is performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety practices.

Service availability depends on weather conditions, equipment availability, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the work requested falls outside our capabilities.

Pricing and Payment

We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing is determined after we assess your property and the scope of work. Prices may change if we discover additional issues during the job.

Payment is due upon completion unless we arrange other terms in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule work based on weather, crew availability, and job priority. Emergency services receive priority scheduling when available.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us access to your property for the scheduled work. You are responsible for securing pets, moving vehicles, and removing outdoor furniture or decorations from work areas.

We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you understand that tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for minor lawn damage from equipment or pre-existing hidden damage to underground utilities not marked by your local utility company.

Insurance and Liability

HighReach Salina Tree Service carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees. Our insurance covers damage caused by our negligence during normal operations.

We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, pre-existing tree or property conditions, or damage resulting from your failure to follow our recommendations.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any required permits for tree work on your property. We can advise you on local regulations, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the property owner.

We follow all applicable local, state, and federal regulations in our work practices.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise agreed, we remove all tree debris and branches from your property. Stump grinding includes removal of surface wood chips, but some chips may remain in the ground.

If you wish to keep firewood or chips, let us know before we begin work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from completion. If you experience problems directly related to our work, contact us and we will make it right.

We do not guarantee the health or longevity of trees after pruning or other treatments, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services cannot exceed the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly. We will work with you to resolve issues fairly and quickly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled through binding arbitration in Saline County, Kansas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
